Effective: September 10, 2026 · Version 2026-09-10-v4
1. PLATFORM ONLY; NO CONTRACTOR OR EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP. TruVersiPro, its owners, operators, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, “Platform Parties”) provide an online venue, membership, communication, verification-display and technology service only. The Platform Parties do not perform, supervise, direct, warrant, guarantee, inspect, control or assume responsibility for any construction, repair, trade, professional, home-improvement or other service. Professionals are independent users and are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, franchisees or representatives of TruVersiPro. No user has authority to bind TruVersiPro.
2. USER DUE DILIGENCE. Homeowners/customers and professionals are solely responsible for their own due diligence before communicating, hiring, accepting work, entering a contract, paying money, entering property or performing services. Users must independently evaluate identity, qualifications, experience, references, reputation, licensing, registration, permits, insurance, bonding, scope, pricing, contracts, safety, legality and suitability. A badge, profile, review, document, verification status or other information displayed by TruVersiPro is informational and is not an endorsement, certification, warranty or guarantee of any user or service.
3. USER-TO-USER TRANSACTIONS AND DISPUTES. Any quote, bid, contract, payment, project, injury, property damage, delay, workmanship issue, nonpayment, warranty, cancellation, refund, employment issue, tax obligation or other dispute arising between users is solely between those users. TruVersiPro is not a party to user-to-user service contracts and has no duty to mediate, arbitrate, pay, reimburse, repair, complete or otherwise resolve a user-to-user dispute.
4. MEMBERSHIP FEE; NO PURCHASE OF LEADS OR WORK. Membership fees purchase access to the TruVersiPro platform for the applicable monthly subscription period only. A membership fee does not purchase leads, jobs, projects, customers, professionals, responses, visibility, rankings, revenue, income, referrals or any minimum level of platform activity. TruVersiPro makes no representation, warranty, promise or guarantee that a user will obtain work, hire a professional, receive a response, earn money, save money or achieve any business or project result.
5. RECURRING MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP, INTRODUCTORY PRICING, PROMOTIONS AND CANCELLATION. Unless otherwise clearly disclosed at enrollment, paid membership renews monthly and the applicable membership fee is charged each billing period until canceled. Homeowner/customer founding offer: the first 1,500 qualifying homeowner memberships that successfully complete enrollment receive a 90-day free trial with no promo code required, must provide a valid payment method at enrollment, then are charged $4.99 per month for the following 9 months, and thereafter $9.99 per month until canceled. Once all 1,500 founding homeowner memberships have been claimed, new homeowner memberships are charged the then-current standard homeowner rate, presently $9.99 per month unless a different rate is clearly disclosed before enrollment. Professional memberships: the current professional introductory rate is $9.99 per month for the disclosed introductory period, after which the standard professional rate is $19.99 per month unless a different rate is disclosed before enrollment. The PROSTARTER60 beta promotion is limited to the first 100 qualifying Service Professional memberships that successfully complete enrollment with the promotion. A professional who validly uses the promotion receives the first 60 days free, must provide a valid payment method at enrollment, then is charged $9.99 per month for the following 10 months, and thereafter $19.99 per month until canceled. Promotional offers may be limited, changed, withdrawn, or made unavailable to future enrollments, but pricing already promised for an active promotional term will be honored subject to these Terms and applicable law. Users may cancel future renewal through the available account/billing cancellation mechanism. Cancellation stops future renewal subject to the disclosed billing terms and does not create a right to a refund for a period already purchased except where required by law.
6. SUSPENSION, REVOCATION AND TERMINATION. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruVersiPro may suspend, restrict, revoke or terminate access or membership, remove content, or decline service at any time for violation of these Terms, safety, fraud, legal or compliance concerns, platform integrity, nonpayment, misuse, business reasons, or other lawful reason. Nothing in this provision permits unlawful discrimination or any action prohibited by applicable law.
7. NO LIABILITY FOR LOST OPPORTUNITIES. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform Parties are not liable for loss of work, jobs, projects, leads, customers, profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data, reputation or anticipated savings resulting from suspension, revocation, termination, account restrictions, platform availability, ranking, matching, moderation, technical failure, user conduct or any other use of or inability to use TruVersiPro.
8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK. Users understand that interacting with strangers, entering homes or job sites, hiring service providers, performing physical work, making payments and relying on user-supplied information involve inherent risks. Each user voluntarily assumes the risks arising from the user's dealings with other users to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUVERSIPRO IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, SAFETY OR RESULTS. TRUVERSIPRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT INFORMATION, VERIFICATIONS, REVIEWS, USER CONTENT OR CREDENTIALS ARE COMPLETE, CURRENT, ERROR-FREE OR FREE FROM FRAUD.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST WORK, LOST OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF DATA, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR OTHER LOSS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM, A USER, A PROJECT OR A USER-TO-USER TRANSACTION. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED, THE PLATFORM PARTIES' AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT THE CLAIMING USER PAID DIRECTLY TO TRUVERSIPRO DURING THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR $100, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT A DIFFERENT LIMIT IS REQUIRED BY LAW. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE WAIVED OR LIMITED.
11. RELEASE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH USER RELEASES THE PLATFORM PARTIES FROM CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES AND DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO DEALINGS BETWEEN USERS, USER CONTENT, PROJECTS, PAYMENTS, WORKMANSHIP, INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, NONPAYMENT OR OTHER USER-TO-USER CONDUCT, EXCEPT FOR CLAIMS THAT APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT TO BE RELEASED.
12. INDEMNIFICATION. To the maximum extent permitted by law, each user agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Parties from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from that user's services, projects, conduct, content, contracts, violation of law, violation of these Terms, infringement of another's rights, or dispute with another user, subject to applicable law.
13. USER RESPONSIBILITY; LAWS AND SAFETY. Users are solely responsible for complying with applicable federal, state and local laws, licensing rules, permitting requirements, building codes, taxes, insurance obligations, employment laws, safety requirements and contractual obligations. TruVersiPro does not provide legal, tax, insurance, engineering, architectural, licensing or contracting advice.
14. REVIEWS, CONTENT, CIVILITY AND INFORMATION. Users are responsible for all reviews, comments, messages and other content they submit. Content must not be false, defamatory, fraudulent, unlawful, infringing, misleading, threatening, harassing, abusive, vulgar, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, personally attacking or derogatory toward a professional, customer or other user. Reviews and criticism must relate to a genuine interaction or service experience and should address relevant facts rather than insults or personal attacks. TruVersiPro may, in its discretion and consistent with applicable law, remove, restrict or moderate content that violates these standards or platform policies. A user's account or membership may be warned, restricted, suspended or revoked for such conduct, including repeated or serious violations. Removal or moderation of content does not mean TruVersiPro endorses, verifies or assumes responsibility for other user content, and TruVersiPro does not undertake a general duty to monitor all user activity.
15. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES. Features, matching, search, visibility, eligibility, pricing and platform functionality may change. TruVersiPro does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, preservation of data, any particular placement or visibility, or continued availability of any feature.
16. ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT. Clicking “I Agree & Continue” constitutes the user's electronic signature and affirmative agreement to these Terms. TruVersiPro may maintain an electronic record of acceptance, including agreement version, date/time, account, device/browser information and a privacy-preserving network identifier. Acceptance is required for each sign-in session.
17. GOVERNING LAW; PLATFORM DISPUTES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and disputes involving TruVersiPro or a Platform Party are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding that applicable law permits the parties to require in a particular forum shall be brought in a state or federal court having jurisdiction in Florida, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights or venue requirements.
18. BILLING, PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS. Users are responsible for authorized membership charges and for maintaining accurate billing information. Users should contact TruVersiPro regarding a platform billing issue before initiating a chargeback when reasonably possible. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, payment reversals, nonpayment or misuse of payment systems may result in restriction, suspension or termination, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any payment-dispute or refund right that cannot lawfully be waived.
19. ACCOUNT, CONTENT LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Each user is responsible for safeguarding account credentials and activity conducted through the account. Users retain ownership of content they own, but grant TruVersiPro a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display and distribute submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve and promote the platform, subject to applicable privacy law and platform policies. TruVersiPro names, branding, software, design and platform materials remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied or misused except as permitted by law.
20. PRIVACY AND DATA HANDLING. Platform use is also subject to TruVersiPro's applicable Privacy Policy and disclosures. Users must not misuse another person's personal information, identity documents or confidential information. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, and users accept the ordinary risks inherent in electronic communications and online services, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be limited.
21. PROHIBITED CONDUCT; FRAUD AND MISREPRESENTATION. Users may not impersonate another person, falsify credentials, licenses, insurance, experience, reviews or project information; engage in fraud, scams, unlawful discrimination, threats, harassment or illegal activity; circumvent platform security or account restrictions; interfere with platform operation; or use TruVersiPro to violate another person's rights. TruVersiPro may investigate suspected violations and may preserve or disclose information when required or permitted by applicable law.
22. CHANGES TO TERMS; NOTICES. TruVersiPro may revise these Terms from time to time. When a revised agreement requires renewed consent, users may be required to affirmatively accept the then-current version before continuing to use the platform. Notices may be provided electronically through the platform, account interface or the user's registered email address as permitted by law.
23. SURVIVAL. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination or expiration—including provisions concerning user-to-user disputes, releases, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, payment obligations, governing law and accrued rights—survive termination of membership or account access to the maximum extent permitted by law.
24. HOMEOWNER/CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT. A homeowner or customer acknowledges that TruVersiPro does not select, employ, supervise or guarantee professionals and that the customer alone decides whom to contact or hire. The customer is responsible for independently checking qualifications, licensing where required, insurance, references, scope, price, permits, contracts and suitability before authorizing work or payment.
25. PROFESSIONAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT. A professional acknowledges that TruVersiPro does not guarantee leads, inquiries, jobs, revenue, ranking, visibility or continued access. The professional is independently responsible for qualifications, licenses and registrations where required, insurance, permits, taxes, contracts, employees or subcontractors, safety, workmanship, warranties, pricing and compliance with all applicable laws and obligations.
26. SEVERABILITY; NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS; ENTIRE AGREEMENT. If a provision is held unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms do not waive rights or remedies that applicable law prohibits a user from waiving. These Terms, together with policies and disclosures expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing platform use unless TruVersiPro and the user enter a separate written agreement that expressly states otherwise.
27. SMS / TEXT MESSAGE TERMS. Users may voluntarily opt in to receive transactional text messages from TruVersiPro related to account activity, service requests, job opportunities, professional responses or quotes, private messages, and project updates. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Users may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. SMS consent is voluntary and is not required as a condition of purchasing a membership or using TruVersiPro. Mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. TruVersiPro may use service providers to process and deliver text messages on its behalf as reasonably necessary to provide the messaging service.
IMPORTANT: These Terms allocate substantial risk to users and contain releases, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. Read them carefully. Users who do not agree must sign out and discontinue use of TruVersiPro.
