Service professionals may provide business registration information, licensing information, insurance information, experience information, profile photographs, and supporting verification documents. Identity-verification documents may also be submitted where required by the platform.
We may also collect technical and usage information reasonably necessary to operate and secure the platform, such as login and session information, device or browser information, timestamps, security events, audit records, and interactions with platform features.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate TruVersiPro; create and secure accounts; provide memberships; display appropriate professional profile and verification information; match service requests with potentially relevant professionals; provide messaging and notifications; process and administer platform membership billing; support users; prevent fraud and misuse; investigate reports; maintain audit records; improve platform functionality; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Professional Verification Information
TruVersiPro is designed to provide homeowners with useful information when evaluating service professionals. Approved professional information such as business status, applicable licensing, insurance status, service experience, and related verification status may be displayed to eligible users as part of a professional profile.
Private identity-verification documents are not publicly displayed and are intended to be accessible only to the submitting user and authorized TruVersiPro administrators as necessary for verification, security, compliance, or legal purposes.
4. Homeowner Contact Privacy
Homeowner telephone numbers are not intended to be publicly displayed. Where the platform provides the option, a homeowner may choose whether their telephone number may be shared with a professional selected or hired for a particular service request.
5. SMS/Text Messaging
SMS consent and mobile information: Users may voluntarily opt in to receive transactional text messages from TruVersiPro by providing a mobile telephone number and actively selecting the applicable SMS consent option. SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing a membership or using TruVersiPro.
Text messages may include account-related notifications, service-request activity, new job opportunities, professional responses or quotes, private-message notifications, project updates, and similar transactional platform communications.
Message frequency varies based on account and platform activity. Message and data rates may apply. Users may reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for assistance.
Mobile information, including telephone numbers and SMS consent information, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide mobile information to service providers that process communications on our behalf solely as necessary to deliver and support TruVersiPro messaging and related platform functions, subject to appropriate obligations and applicable law.
6. Email and In-App Communications
TruVersiPro may send account verification, security, service-request, project, membership, support, and other transactional communications by email or through in-app notifications. Users may manage available communication preferences through their account where provided.

These providers may process information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for TruVersiPro, subject to their applicable agreements, policies, and legal obligations.
8. Payments
Membership payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. TruVersiPro does not need to publicly display users' complete payment-card information. Payment providers may collect and process payment information under their own privacy and security practices.
